All Smoked Fish are considered hot smoked fish and have an expiration of two weeks after production. Fish are smoked with hickory wood chip; our brine does NOT include any sugars.

All Smoked Fish wild caught except Atlantic Salmon and Steelhead Trout which are water farm raised.
